Is this a real job with a real team?
Yes. GA Jersey Village is an in-person team based in the Houston area, working with real nonprofit partners like L.E.A.D. You can meet the team before you decide anything.
Do I need experience?
No. Every new team member is trained on the mission and talking points, and paired with a mentor, before they ever represent a cause. Attitude and willingness to learn matter most here.
How does pay work?
The team walks you through the full pay and growth structure on your first call, so you have every detail up front before deciding. No guessing and no surprises.
What does the day actually look like?
Face-to-face outreach and events in the community, representing nonprofit campaigns. Real conversations with real people. It is not a call center and it is not desk work.
Is there room to grow?
Yes. Personal and professional development is part of our culture, with hands-on training, mentorship, and travel to conferences. Many roles here are a starting point, not a ceiling.
