What actually happens in a GA Jersey Village interview

We publish our interview process in advance so you arrive knowing how it runs. Reading it first means you walk in ready, and that makes for a better afternoon on both sides.
A short first call, focused on you
We ask about where you are now, what you are looking for, and what would make a new role worth the move. Ask anything you like about the role you applied for.
The office conversation
The second stage is a visit to our Houston office to meet the people you would actually work with. We talk through the role, which nonprofit campaign you would represent, and how a typical day runs.
This is the time for your questions, including who your manager would be and whether you can meet them first.
Seeing the work in person
Watching outreach happen tells you more than any description can, so this stage brings you out alongside the team. You see the conversations up close and get a feel for how the whole day runs.
What we are assessing
- Whether you can talk to a stranger without performing or shrinking
- Whether you take feedback and put it to use the same day
- Whether you show up, consistently, including on the difficult days
Those three matter more than polish or a perfect resume.
Before you say yes
Ask for the specifics in writing: the role, who you report to, the schedule, and the location. Take the time you need to read them, and bring any questions back to us before you start.
